要求：
1、理解面向对象的编程思想、设计模式；
2、熟悉使用基于 C# 语言基础及常用库的开发工作；
3、有良好的程序设计以及编程习惯；
4、熟悉下述任一或多个框架开发：WPF、WCF；
5、熟练下述开发环境，Visual Studio 2008，Microsoft Expression Studio；
6、简历附有作品或项目介绍，最好提供demo程序或运行截图
下述要求为加分:
1、熟练使用Blend进行用户控件开发
2、参与过一款以上的游戏开发（开发工具、程序语言、应用平台无限定）；
3、曾做过富媒体应用程序（RIA）的开发工作：MS Silverlight，Adobe AIR；
如果没有相关经验，请满足如下条件：
1、会一种计算机编程语言或者脚本语言，有三万行代码的coding经验
2、狂热的游戏开发爱好者
3、对Silverlight的游戏开发前景充满信心
