任职资格：
1.计算机或相关专业，本科及以上学历,具有扎实的计算机基础理论知识;
2.精通PHP程序开发,五年以上大型网站的PHP项目开发经验和两年以上的网站系统架构经验;
3.精通JavaScript/Ajax开发技术,熟悉HTML语言,XHTML、XML页面结构;
4.熟悉Linux操作系统和开发环境,能够熟练网站各种相关服务和配置;
5.精通Mysql数据库,有数据库的性能管理及优化以及数据库规划能力;
6.有良好的系统需求分析能力和系统架构能力;
7.有至少三年以上的团队管理经验，具有较强的沟通能力和团队建设的能力;
8.有大型互动社区，大流量门户网站架构和开发经验
